gabbro

Unlocking the signals in large seismic datasets.

gabbro is for researchers in seismology focused on large continuous data sets. It focusses on SEGY and RSF files, and is a complementary tool to su, obspy, and Madagascar.

The section at the top of this page is a synthetic gather: six dipping reflectors convolved with a 26 Hz Ricker wavelet, plotted variable-area. The script that made it lives in assets/make_hero.py.
